We collect, process and use your personal data about the use of win.air Shop insofar as this is necessary to enable you to make use of our offer (usage data) or to bill you for the use of this offer (billing data).
Returns
You can cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the goods. The cancellation period begins after delivery of the goods. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. The cancellation is to be sent to: win.air Safety Jump System, Gabriele Schwarz Birnbacherstrasse 32 83242 Reit im Winkl. In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties are to be returned. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the value. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods, for us with their receipt.
